Session 1: Mastering the Environment – Familiarizing yourself with your video technology and integrating it into trust-based sales conversations.
Session 2: Mastering Questions – Understanding virtual cues and clues and connecting them to four unique buyer styles.
Session 3: Mastering Value – Differentiating yourself and your organization through five dynamic questioning techniques.
Session 4: Mastering Partner Meetings – Landing value-added information and unique follow-up into the life of the buyer tailored to their needs and priorities.
Session 5: Mastering the Partnership – Preparing and rehearsing conversations when partners join the sales process and welcoming new clients with a detailed first-year roadmap.
